They seem to be the best conductivity on ebay after a quick search. I think .5mm will be thick enough, the card I bought faulty had been replaced with pads 1.2mm thick, and it held the GPU off the heatsink. I got 0.5mm copper sheet, and just used that with some thermal paste each side. I figured it would be as good, if not better. smile.gif

Edit : I just found some phobya thermal pad that is way better -
