I absolutely adore how disproportionate your expansion and IO slots are.

so as i cant find any good place for bending like that aluminium sheet im thinking to make some kind of this maybe ( still dont have much time to make all things proportional so sorry guys). And about putting this one in one piece... i hate that rivets idea a bit, but weld this sort of stuff... something not i can do by myself biggrin.gif soon gonna order some aluminium sheet ( yeah its really cheaper than go with acrylic, and actualy i cut half cost of materials if i use aluminium). Stay tunned smile.gif

its looking good , u might want to check out the test bench from coolermaster and get some examples , your idea is close to their product , for the bends , if u dont have a benchpress , get a cheap one from harborfreights , u will need some clamps and somewhere to atach it , but its good for small works

aaaand tomorrow im going to take some acrylic, had a hard decision to make, and ran onto some brick walls while i was searching aluminium sheets, it seems that our companies dont wanna sell aluminium in 1 square meter because they are lazy fat ...... and even if they can cut it then price goes straight to the moon kookoo.gif , so gonna also bend acrylic sheet by myself ( it lowers cost of whole project biggrin.gif ), and get some tools to make this one easier smile.gif wish me good luck and have a nice evening ( in our time zone smile.gifsmile.gif.

So this is what i got today:
Clear 4mm thick acrylic sheet ( yeah i took clear because it was cheaper even than aluminium biggrin.gif, and i can tint it or just give him a nice color)
some rivets
tool that looks like mini dremel copy ( enough for joblist)
aluminium 90deg angled bar ( i dont know how to tell this one thing in english biggrin.gif )
and some more tools
Jobs done:
First measurements, and already took em on that nasty acrylic piece ( btw its 1m long and 50cm tall)
some measurements for aluminium piece
EDIT: Did some cuts for: aluminium, only two pieces done, and acrylic is almost done, only left to bend it so i need more tools biggrin.gif
some pics ( yeah they crappy but again my gf took camera) smile.gif
