Gonna have to agree with this, I never saw the point of pre ordering a game. I mean it's not like the game has limited quantities and is going to run out, especially when you can buy it digitally directly from D3's site.

You don't get it...and whoever write that article did a very poor job at explaining this.

GAME is a HUGE company in the UK...that has many subsidiaries around many countries. As it is, the central (UK) bankrupted and the other subsidiaries are pending negotiation to see who keeps the distribution channels.

(edit: also, a few companies rejected to sell games to GAME due to the uncertainty of their future and the chance that some customers could get hurt by this...although can't remember which ones)

So, obviously, whenever a company fills for bankrupt the paying customers are the last ones at the huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge list of "to-pay", which means they will never see a cent again but, what boggles my mind is that our administrations are soooooooo useless that even we knew this for months (we have/had Game in Spain, and we know about the situation of the central...although not thx to the stores, obviously) they did nothing to stop people from getting burnt by this.

Oh well, I love this stupid rules that burn the middle-class even more rolleyes.gif

I'm not usually a Blizzard fanboy but......if there's one gaming company to whom I would kneel when it comes to caring about their customers, it would be Blizzard. This is brilliant.

Hahaha nailed it.

I received big middle finger from EA support in the form of "Sorry, you don't have Limited Edition. You need to purchase Back To Karkand. If that is all, have a good day". This was after I told them I had been sold a bogus Limited Edition copy that didn't include the expac, proving it with a photo of my dvd's + receipt + name.
