Could I set the cooler to an amount where it wouldnt be required to have insulation? E.g. have the cpu at a constant 15 degrees? And the Phase unit itself varies depending on the CPU temp?
E.g., start prime95, cpu temp starts rising, then phase works a bit more to get temp back to ~15 degrees? then temps drops and phase stops working for a bit e.t.c.
EDIT: Or would somerhting like an industrial waterchiller better suit my needs. e.g. something that will keep the water at 5-10 degrees celsius.
