What is the best way to run parallel cooling on my crossfire setup?

I have recently ordered all of my water cooling parts from FrozenCPU. What would be the easiest way to run my 2 Dirt 3 edition 6950 GPU's in parallel in my cooling loop? Since this is not at reference card I will be using the Swiftech MCW82 VGA Liquid Cooling Block. I am going to be running 2 separate loops. One for the CPU that will be cooled by a Coolgate Triple 120mm Ultimate, and the second for the GPU's that will be cooled by a Coolgate Triple 140mm Ultimate radiator. I will be running 6 Yate Loon low speed fans in a push/pull config on each radiator. Thank you for your help.

The 2 graphics cards will be installed in PCIE16_1 AND PCIE16_3. Attached is a picture of my motherboard. If I am looking at this correctly there will be 3 slots between each waterblock.

Thanks mm67. I have seen that particular bridge and was about to order one but it looks like it will only work on a maximum of a 2 slot spacing. Is this correct. My 2 cards have a 3 slot spacing between them. Thanks.

That looks like 2.4" PCI Spacing to me, same as on my Gigabyte board
