Im almost sure that there are rigs(cpu's) in this cat doing 15k ppd already. I would like to open it up to any kind of folding gear(new or old) under 20k ppd.

yea thats very true. Only a highly oced 9800X2 will match up iirc, but even those are VERY fragile on long term OCs
