Which brand is the best for gtx670

Thread Starter
I don't know which VGA I should choose between
VGA Gigabyte NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 Overclocked Core 980/1058MH
VGA Zotac NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 AMP! Edition Core 1098/1176MHz
VGA Asus GTX670-DC2-2GD5 not top version

I want to know the best one for
-the noise
-the heatsink
-the performance

I really like the zotac amp! Edition because it is the best for the temperatures but I'm worried about the fans noise...is it so noisy? Has anyone this VGA? Should I buy this or the gigabyte?

Its hard to say because not all three have been put head to head.

But alot of people have the gigabyte because it was readily available...and it performs pretty well...Asus one is not available as of yet

Depends. If you want to go water cooling route (like me), go with the Gigabyte as it's the only 670 that uses the 680 board which means you can use the 680 block on it.

In that case, you want the Asus GTX670-DC2-2GD5 Direct Cu II. Here's why - http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/ASUS/GeForce_GTX_670_Direct_Cu_II/27.html

New to the form here. Quick question.

I'm debating between the Gigabyte GTX 670 and the Galaxy GTX 670 GC. Which one do you guys think would be a better choice? Is the extra $40 really worth it?

No, go with the GB. I'd list the reasons but they're minimal and basically when it comes down to it the negligible differences do not warrant a $40 price bump. Get the GB if its in stock.

Oh god no. The Gigabyte is the superior choice, especially if the Galaxy card costs $40 more. Even if the cards cost the same, the Gigabyte would still be the better choice.
