p5b Deluxe, best board for Pent D & core 2?

Thread Starter
I am looking to buy an Asus p5b deluxe for my pentium D 940 system with the intention of upgrading to a core 2 duo or core 2 extreme in the near future. In my oppinion this is the best board for these CPU's for overclocking and performance, does anyone disagree? If so what do you reccomend for under £150? Any input will be helpfull.
Thanx!

The P5B Deluxe Wi-Fi is an excellent MoBo for C2D but it will also support a Kentsfield CPU (Quad-Core) with a BIOS update.
