MSI GTX470 OC help

Hey all smile.gif
So time has come when i have no money for new card and wont have money any time soon.
Wanted to know how can i OC my gtx470? How far I can OC it?
Used MSI afterburner 2.2.0 and didnt understod what is Power Limit what it does?

My card is GTX470 MSI Twin Frozer II

You don't have to worry about the Power Limit slider as it only regulates the TDP. How far your 470 can OC is based on the card. Start by increasing the core clock by 10MHz increments and run stability tests like Heaven, 3DMark 11, and Furmark. When you see an artifact (usually a random line or a complete section of the screen turns to a color that is not part of the game) just increase voltage by a notch. It usually goes by 12-13mV increments.
