I'm new to overclocking, in fact really new, I overclocked my newly built computer's i5-2500k to 5GHz, but with the Asus auto-tuning feature.
I think I have a good processor, I've read a lot of forums about 2500ks, only 5% get close to 5GHz. The only problem is my voltage keeps going high I think, Some forums say 1.6v for i5-2500k is max voltage, mine keeps changing cause the auto-tuning, it changes from 1.42v to 1.58v @ 5GHz. My question is: is the voltage too high and how can I manually overclock to 5GHz without using auto-tuning?

P.S. There was no dropbox or anything when I posted for proper section, also I looked at all the sections, I couldn't match my question to any specific section according to the descriptions of the sections. If someone could put this in right section and make me aware of the move I would greatly appreciate it.
