Microcenter now carrying the 27" 2560x1440 Korean IPS monitors - Page 23

Got my gtx 670 today, took me a while to get it to work with dvi had to end up using a different monitor for it to show up, going to wait for my display port cable before i make a final judgement. Also it wont post or boot into bios, but works in windows.

I just don't understand both monitors work with onboard, displaying automatically. My dell works with both board and gtx 670 on first try. This monitor wont work on the first try it will only work after i have hooked the dell up.

Somebody give overclocking a try. I don't want to have to shell out $470 for a 2b catleap

pretty sure these won't oc.. none of the other korean monitors have done anything in terms of overclocking, I can't see why this would be any different. That being said if it is truely a pcbank like i think it is, no overclocking.

Just placed an order for one of these online. $437.99 shipped, not bad!

I'll be comparing it to the Crossover 2720MDP I had. Hoping for 100% sRGB coverage (once calibrated) and fully working inputs. I'll post my ICC profile when I make it.

Which of these 2560 x 1440 panels have the glass across the entire front even the bezel similar to the Apple cinema displays? I think they look the cleanest and am thinking of picking one up from somewhere...

The Achieva Shimian with tempered glass is your best bet

I just got my miniDP to DP adaptor for the Auria (microcenter), and whenever I plug in the monitor, I instantly get a kernel panic. Meanwhile, it works at 1080p using a thunderbolt --> DVI adaptor.

I fully updated the software on my mac and it still crashes.

I've been doing some research online, and there seems to be quite a few people with the same issue. Has anyone here had the problem?
