Those panels use dvi. Surely you must have a dvi cable handy?

Not sure. I don't have work until Thursday so I can check and see then what the chances of it getting a floor display are. I'd imagine pretty high considering it's quality/price point.

Standard DVI cable will not work/display 2560x1440, you need a dual DVI cable, same that is used on 120Hz 1920x1080 panels.

From the item page on Microcenter:
Quote:
You will enjoy the high quality resolution on the 27" LED Monitor. The fast response time will reduce blur. You have a VGA, DVI, and HDMI inputs on your new monitor. To achieve the maximun resolution of 2560 x 1440, a display port must be used on both ends.

Pretty sure that description is wrong. It makes no sense. There's no displayport connection on the monitor itself.

It's close but 75mmx75mm vesa holes compared to 100mmx100mm, square base instead of a circular one (If Micro Center photos aren't lying), The external shell and the arm of the stand is very similar to the PCBanks. On a totally off topic but sorta vaguely on topic note; The PCBank PB2700 Super is discontinued.
