To each their own I guess. I find IBT to be useless except for generating unrealistic heat. OCCT and P95 are more sensitive. Memtest I find to be nearly useless while alot of people think it's great. P95 Blend is far more sensitive for RAM testing, minutes instead of hours.
And yes I'd only run P95 as a final test. As far as the time goes, 8-10 hours is best (overnight basically). If you can't pass it, you're just not stable, casual gamer or not. I don't want to deal with any random instabilities/weirdness at all, even if it's once/week and random. That's what you'll get if you're "mostly" stable.
