Volt Mod for Eee PC

Hey, I'm trying to figure out a volt mod for my Eee PC 1000H. I'd like to get 2GHz on the N270 stable.

The PLL is ICS9LPR427AGLF, but I believe ICS9LPR426AGLF works as well. I found a datasheet for the latter:

However, I can't find anything in there about a FB pin. Any ideas?
