Wow, what a shame on CM for doing this. Could be a mistake on measurements or something? looks both ridiculous and obvious.

That said, 80 PLUS is nearly as useless as THX certification is in audio products. Other things such as ripple suppression and voltage stability are far more important.

A good read:

Why 80 PLUS® is Irrelevant to You When Buying a PSU

http://hardocp.com/article/2011/10/04/80_plus_irrelevant_to_you_when_buying_psu/1

I trust the OEMer of the product more. Seasonic and Delta are fine. the Antec Neo Eco 620W in my sig is Seasonic OEM'ed (and is an improved Seasonic S12II).

This, the 212+ is legendary in the OC world, and the cheaper Coolermaster Elite cases are great bang for buck.

Quite a shame. I expect that build quality off Trust, Q-tek or similar products, not a cooler master one. I still own an old 350w psu from them, which was part of my case (centurion 5). It still works well after at least 8-9 years of usage, and its powering up a small home server now. Damn, cooler master proven themselves quite bad on this low end psu.
