Get the OCZ gamexstream 700w psu instead. Its bascially the same price but is a better performer.

Off OCUK. www.overclockers.co.uk

OCZ and G.Skill are both very good memory manufacturers. The G.Skill HZ and OCZ Gold/Platinum lines are very good!

Well.. his ideas are good.. and since he won't buy until january, it's no real use to get a detailed built listed now

Case:
CoolerMaster Stacker 830 - Silver Trim (No PSU) (CA-090-CM) £151.56 Including VAT at 17.5% (4th from bottom)

and add this to it if you need more HDDs in it:
Coolermaster Stacker 4in3 Device Module (CA-061-CM) £11.74 Including VAT at 17.5% (same link, two further down). The stacker has plenty 5.25" bays, so adding that device is easy.

Here is a nice Lian-Li with six 3.5" drive bays:
Lian-Li PC V1000 PLUS Black Aluminium Midi-Tower (No PSU) (CA-027-LL) £129.24 Including VAT at 17.5% (somewhere in the middle of the page)

Yeah.. those two are very nice also, but more expensive

I am not in favor of the ABIT motherboard, given the lack of PCI slots (only one, which will be useless when you have Crossfire or SLI dual slot cards)

Wait for the new boards that will appear soon, like the DFI RD600 based board.

Decent.

Again, I don't like the ABIT board. I'd wait for new boards that will come out soon (which also should boast true x16, x16 bandwidth)

Get a more powerful PSU even than the 700W.

Can you get PC Power & Cooling there?
