What Is the highest Vcore a pentium d 950 should go to?
Mine is set at 1.3875 is this to high or can it go higher?

You can go up to 1.5 with good air cooling and temps and 1.65 or higher with W/C or Phase.

1.35 to 1.38 are usualy stock voltages.

no you're not too high. Take it up to about 1.5 or something...as long as temps are below around 55C load.

Before a proper definition of safe can be given, your specific expectations for this system must be known, especially the length of time you plan to keep it. 1.5v at 55c will make any time after about 12-15 months a miracle.

Also, there are 2 different versions of that CPU, it depends on which stepping you have....the B0 goes to 1.4 on any cooling, where the C and D stepping only go to 1.312 on air.
