I ran 2H all through hell. I used the following skills
Cleave with Rupture rune - Large packs just explode.
Seismic Slam with Strength of Earth rune - I chose the run because you save half of the Fury cost so you can spam it more often. Great for cleaning up ranged adds or harder mobs that you need to keep away from you
Furious Charge with Merciless Assault - Instant refresh of the ability when you slam into a pack of 5 or more mobs. Just awesome. Change the rune to Dreadnought when you hit 56.
Ground Slam with Wrenching Smash rune - This has great synergy with your cleave since it pulls the pack of mobs in tight so your cleave explosions just damage all mobs around you.
Warcry with Invigorate rune - 20% armor,10% health and a passive heal over time... yes please. Great for the oh crap moments when you have to run while the hot gets your health back up
Wrath of the Beserker with Insanity rune - 100% more damage. Act bosses melt.
Passives - Bloodthirst, Ruthless and Inspiring Presence
Typical play style is Furious Charge into the pack of mobs, Ground Slam to stun and pull them in close and spam cleave. Most packs are dead before the stun wears off because of your cleave and its rune.
For elites you have to be a little more cautious. I generally do not charge in. I save it as an escape. Just ground slam and cleave. If you are taking a lot of damage. Retreat pop your wrath of the berserker and spam seismic slam. These packs may not die from that combo but they will be so low in health that another ground stomp and cleave and you should be good.
For act bosses I replace cleave with frenzy and any rune really and replace seismic slam with hammer of the ancients with smash rune. Hit th boss until you have 5 frenzy stacks then pop wrath of the berserker and spam Hota and the boss should die before your berserker wears of off.
Sorry for the long post. At work so cant get to a talent calculator.
