[SOLVED]]PC keeps restarting at startup few times, and finally loads the OS

Hi guys,

Ive build a new system myself, i have a weird problem now.
Whenever i power up my pc it keeps rebooting at startup before windows 7 loads, its restarting ~4 times in a row after that it finally loads into the OS.
And sometimes it also reboots when windows is loading.
Everything is working fine while in the OS, no problems at all.
Does anyone know what the problem is? Ive also flashed the motherboard to the newest version.
Here is my computer specs:

i3 2120
ASUS P8B75-M LE
G.Skill 4 GB DDR3-1333 (F3-10600CL9S-4GBNT)
500GB Samsung SATA HD
Sharkoon WPM500 watt
Windows 7 Professional MSDN x64

Does it do that same thing when trying to go into safe-mode? If so, then I think it might be driver related or a memory issues. Take one of your sticks out and try again. If it still does it, then swap that sticks and repeat. It's pretty rare that both sticks come defective. If it still is having the issue, then burn yourself a MemTest86+ cd and do a test. If it come out good, then it's has to be a driver issue.

For drivers, there is this one great program called SlimDrivers. It has really good accuracy when come to finding drivers that are out of date that you did not even know about.

Good luck and report back! I want to know myself...

first, tnx for the reply.

Ive fixed the problem, the problem was the RAM, ive replaced it with another RAM and it works now. Ive already rebooted the system 30 times or something with succes!
The Memory is fine, memtest gave a PASS, the ram is not compatible with the motherboard, it was also not in the motherboards QVL list

The P8P67 does not have the "MemOk!" that my P8Z68-V has?! Well, that's some bull spat. I figured it was some bad ram because I have overclock my RAM in past systems and then in one day, poof, would no longer boot. I had to go with lower and lower speeds until they just died. Then all the RAM prices crashed and Crucial allowed my to get 16GB of DDR3 for what my 4GB of DDR2 was worth. Crucial Memory FTW!
