anyway. if this is neweggs general attitude towards there customers then you should really go somewhere else even if sometimes it costs a bit more.

atleast they won't give others unfair preference when it matters.

I have been a customer with Newegg since they went online and started selling. I haven't heard about this bot issue before, is there any confirmation on this? In all honestly I have never had an issue buying an OB item, or anything for that matter.

Just try buying an open box high end video card (gtx 580, 7970, 7950, etc...). If you can even see it before it shows as out of stock that is.
