Not screenshots or gameplay.

Well at least most of the pics have clearly visible polygons if you view them in full resolution. They're obviously touched up but still.

Honestly I would consider these to be game art and not shots from gameplay. (obviously either case would be pure speculation)

I don't expect Crysis 3 to be a massive leap from Crysis 2. New game engine or not. But I'll happily be wrong.

I'll always consider the first Crysis to be one of the major graphical "leaps" for videogames. I remember the first video I saw, being played on 3x8800 ultras and just thinking "Whoa". Not to mention all those "400 BARREL EXPLOSION" Youtube videos tongue.gif

Of course those are concept art pictures. The "Maximum Graphics" is there just to make reference to their motto "Maximum Game", that's it. Noting to do with "In game pictures, with the graphics set to the max" which is what the creator of this post may have thought.

But it's always nice to have a great concept art smile.gif.

Looks good.

I don't care what people say, I thought Crysis 2 looked great as well and it was fun. I've really enjoyed all the Crysis games.

"screens" in topic title, no screens in the link....

It's kind of impressive how much of an effect "Life after People" has had on the entertainment industry as of late.

This game is already looking good and just wait till the mods come out, it'll really do a number on your cards (the Blackfire mod for Crysis 2 looks amazing, if Maldo does one for Crysis 3?... biggrin.gif)

Guys come on, you can clearly see it's concept art, take a look at this (I remarked the parts which were clearly like "hand painted"):

The white reflections on the water and the beach part (left side) say it all....
