I've got a pretty weird behavior with Kepler boost...
My stock KB is +91, making it 1150. When I overclock the core between +60 and +80 KB starts to act strangely, at +60 the max boost goes up to 1215, making it +96, but it stays at 1215 boost from +60 through +71, at +72 it jumps to 1227.7 and stays like that till +80, which goes back to the normal +91 KB giving a 1230 max boost with every +1 counting towards it.
Now, I thought that could be a glitch with the monitoring software, but GPU-Z, eVGA PrecisionX and MSI Afterburner give the very same readings, I fired up 3dMark 11 for a quick test and I get the same graphics score with +60 than I do with +70 (higher offset is not fully stable).
This is the result with +60 offset:
And this with +70:
Managed to get a run with +80 offset:
Anyone else getting this?
Also, does 3dmark 11 not like memory OC? with no overclock on the memory I get 9600's, with +750 only 200~ points more.Edited by Icarian - 8/3/12 at 10:36am
