Perhaps I should not have spoken so 'universally' before. I presumed since my card tops out around 82% in Heaven, as does DaddyDC's
on this thread, and we were both running rather huge OC's, that everyone else's would be around the same
In any case, like I said ... no reason (I know of) to not try just adjusting the Power Limit (either up or down), just to see what happens ... maybe it'll 'do something good' for some cards in some situations
Whether mine is at 100% or maxed at 111%, it doesn't seem to affect my card in any way that I've noticed
