I think I may have the lowest overclocking 670 ever on OCN?

Asus DC2 670 Non TOP

1045 out of box, +100 offset = 1145mhz total

What's your Kepler boost on the core though? Have you monitored it? Can't tell from base core or offset clock what the boost that happens when GPU usage is 99% because it varies for cards.

Example an 1145 MHz boost can have a 1200 MHz Kepler boost when maxed.

I have EVGA GTX 670 FTW and the GPU-Z 0.6.2 is showing the ASIC Quality at 100%.

Is that an error or EVGA GTX 670 FTW have 100% ASIC Quality?

no 1145 is the MAX OC...meaning I have overclocked it, under load, and includes kepler boost

1045 is what it does OUT OF THE BOX, under load....and Asus NON TOP cards run 980 boost....so that means my KB is 65mhz. The highest I have gotten is 1145, with a +100 offset.

I have been following 670s pretty closely since launch....I don't think I've heard of an aftermarket 670 score this low (1145 max oc).....I'm talking about the Asus DC2, Gigabyte WF3, EVGA FTW....all of these cards use aftermarket, or upgraded parts.....I'm not sure how the reference (short pcb) 670's OC...I'm really not interested in those to begin with.....but out of all the "aftermarket/upgraded" cards out there....1145 is the lowest I've seen....previous low was 1190 I think?

I have to concur with you then. Sorry to hear about it, that's a pretty low Kepler boost. frown.gif

Sharing my experience with the Asus 670 NON TOP.

Stock speeds on this card are 915 and 980 with boost.

Flashed it to a TOP 1059 and 1137 with boost. The bios i flashed it looks like its the buggy one which asus sent out an update for and i see why because on stock TOP speeds it KP boosted up to 1290 which my card cant handle at all.

Ran the BIOS update from asus website(this wont work on the stock bios NON Top card cant recognize it) works fine with the stock top bios i flashed it too.

Now on stock TOP speeds it only boosts to 1202.

Final overclock for my card is:

1117 GPU Clock
1750 Memory(can probably do a bit more)
1272 KP Boost usually sits around 1260.

Pretty medicore card to be honest but cant really be unhappy beccause it a NON Top version.375

Main reason i flashed it is because i like the stock speeds of top without having to run afterbunrer and such. My 2 cents cheers guys.
