I don't know of one off the top of my head, if you gave us a general idea of the area you're gong to live in, or state we could direct you to some of the known ISPs in the area, from there you could enter the address you're moving to and they could say yes or no. The problem is they can be so hit and miss. I live 2 miles from a major downtown area (still in the city mind you), however the only high speed internet I can get is comcast cable. century link has only pulled low level phone lines out, they only offer 1 mbit dsl to my home compared to the 100 mbit comcast cable internet.

You can take a look at dslreports.com.
They have reviews for alot of the Major ISP's and indie.
But definitely stating your location would help alot.

Ask people that live there? LOL
GOD people on this forum try to do everything the hardway ... using websites and DSL reports, and doing crazy internet crap. Just call the cities' townhall, call the towns local information line, all towns have one, or just pull over and ask someone.
Trust me you will find out very fast because people love some TV and internet now no matter where you go.
