Like someone already said, I would lower the voltage and the multiplier down just a bit to see if the temperatures are still "high" at around those levels. I'd suspect that 1.488v would dump quite a bit of heat.

When I get home I'll lower it down to your settings and see what temps look like. I guess 1.488 is a good bit of voltage. The reason I started worrying is because some guy here on OCN said he was getting the same temps & voltage with an air cooler.
