Staff note: This guide is potentially outdated as of 2019. Rigbuilder mostly behaves the same way today, but things have likely moved around a bit!

Hi, and welcome to OCN

First click "Rigbuilder" top right of this page!

Click "Create Rig"

Fill in what you have and keep clicking "Save and Continue"

Once done click your "user name"!

Scroll down to and click "Edit Signature Text"

Then drop down one of the "Show off stuff in your signature tabs" and select your Rig

Click "Submit"

All done

oh, and iirc your Rig might not show in your Sig straight away

And if you can't select your Rig from the drop down tabs, try a different browser!

Also, some have problems adding their Rig. And here's a work around that "Forde3654Eire" discovered

So I typed in, for example, the name of my rig in the text box with the rig already chosen in the drop-down box and it worked. As long as that the main text box is not empty that's all tnat mattera I think.

.

Also, remember to use the Rep+ button on posts, if you find them helpful!
It's usually located bottom right of the posts! (although some sections are Rep free zone, like this one is) and staff can't be Rep'd either!
"What goes around comes around"

And remember, asking for rep+ is not allowed!

Wow I was looking for a guide like this. I had my new rig "uploaded" and everything but I couldn't figure out how to display it as my main rig. Thanks!

Added this to my sig, it is soo helpful to see someones rig when trying to figure out issues and troubleshooting.

I gave the guide a makeover, so it's a bit more Sig worthy

But that's as good as it gets, I'm no editor

Looks great to me. I was actually thinking about doing a how to on this a while ago and never did and I found yours and thought to myself, "sweet"
