Hey guys, I've been working on two series in these past months, Mass Effect 1, 2, & 3, and also Dead Space 1 and 2 because I never bothered playing them, and heck was I stupid for not playing them all these years, such great games!

I'm planning on trying out Mafia, but I really wanted to jump into Mafia II first due to how great it looks graphically.
Would I be missing alot of story? Or are they totally different characters.

Totally different characters and stories except this one mission that loosely relates to the first one game in the series. But I'm not going to go into too much detail.

You will only really know how that mission relates to the first game in the series if you play the first game though, or I could tell you if you really want to.

Do you think it's important foundation to the game?
Cause heck when I play my games I play hardest diff and make sure I do every mission, and understand them well too.

Not really no but if it will be a massive spoiler to the first game. Also good luck on the hardest diff lol. Mafia 2 has to be the hardest big release game in the last 10-15 years. As long as you play it on the hardest settings. Easy is pretty average in difficulty settings. I can't remember if Mafia 1 has difficulty settings though.

Hardest? Have you tried Metro2033 or Crysis (First one) on Delta?

But I love myself a challenge, Looks like very good game.

4 Series I want to finish from first game to last now is

Risen <- Ever hear/play it? I tried the demo for the first game, and I approve, pirate rpg if I may.
I think after watching Pirates of the Carribbean I've appreciated pirates more.

Crysis yes and was pretty difficult, but I still think Mafia 2 is harder. BTW to get a "sig rig" like mine do this

Click on "rigbuilder" at the top right of the web page

Then click on create a new rig

You will then get taken to this screen just fill it in

Then when you have done click on your username and then go down to where you can edit your signature and click on edit text, then there will be that little drop down box that says "show off stuff" just click on that and chose the rig you made. Then submit it.
