Not IMO.

10 hours of prime95 blend (assuming default 15 minute iteration interval) and/or 20 passes of a linpack test with max memory. I don't know what OCT does but it probably doesn't max out memory or what instruction sets it utilizes. For processors on Socket 1155 or newer, make sure you download something with AVX support, like Google "LinX with AVX"
