i know that WEI is a bad ref but my cpu (it is an E4300) gets 5.3 WEI, the 5200+ gets 5.9 at stock

In for my friend Brian, he had an ok computer with a 4400 in it then one day we were sitting at his old place playing league of legends and poof white smoke from the mobo when we tested the cpu in a friends mobo it was toasted too. Now he is on a pentium 3 board with AGP port that can't even run skype which means we hardly ever get to chat, he lives far enough away that driving is too expensive on a regular basis.
