I got mine in a few days ago, rather disappointed with the paint job on the accent disks. The paint flakes along the edges of the disks and scratches incredibly easy, along with the paint used on the bodies themselves. I baby all my hardware and one of the fittings already has a scratch on the fitting removing the matte black paint. On a side note, I wonder if they sell touch up paint?

same thing happened to my matte black. bro just get some matte black spray paint you wont be able to tell the difference when showing off the rig, unless someone sticks their head in your tower to investigate.

They arrived!



Compression fittings



The white fittings have a matte finish, which I very much like.



The discs have the same white matte finish as the fittings, both sides are painted, but the circumference is left bare.



The rotary adapters include two black o-rings and this fancy felt packaging. They also have a satin finish as opposed to the matte white.





Assembled, they look quite smashing. I can't wait to get these in my loop!

same reason why I won't ever pay full price for monsoon FC fittings, the paint job is awful, most of mine have the flaking issues. kinda defeats the purpose of buying them for aesthetics when the bling portion is riddled with cheap paint

I mentioned the problem over on the XS forums in Genos thread so hopefully he'll take notice and sort out the problem. Other than that I love the fittings(although some might find them bulky).

What do you mean smile.gif? You can do it with a T fitting, just plug one compression on one side and a plug with a LED hole in it.

Say I have a question, how do you think the angled light port fittings will look if i was to install them with EK's Supremacy CPU and GPU? With the fogged plexi finish I'm thinking it would look quite smashing if I don't say so myself, just wonder if the Leds would be strong enough to reach the blocks.

My overall impressions are...yeah, I'm quite disappointed in the paint job as well. I picked both matte black and green to mix the colors. And wow, the thickness of the paint along the threads was a pain in the "***". I spent 4-5 hours trying to get my rig together and one of my 90s just wouldn't seal correctly against my rad. Aesthetically they look nice, but quality is:thumbsdow
