Even GFWL has offline profiles!!!

i understand that you somehow stumbled upon the word "draconian" and are now spamming every post with it, but please educate yourself:

i don't like server downtime and this launch has been horrible, but there's no need for hyperbole and consistent posts by you restating your beliefs every other post on this thread.

People say they can't play... Me and my team of 4 just beat Diablo today at about the 12 hour mark give or take. We had a Monk, Barbarian, Wizard and Demon Hunter. SUPER FUN. We just began nightmare mode.

Besides the 12:01 AM 5/15 issue and one today, we have been playing nonstop. Must be only affecting those who let it.

I'm ok with this. There would already be massive threads about dupes, cheating, and hacks if it wasn't always online. A couple of months from now no one will give a crap about the Diablo's "DRM" and instead will be concentrating on the new, world ending problems of the next game.

I'm only echoing the general outspoken stance of what OCN members commonly refer to while addressing always online DRM. Most specifically regarding single player experiences.

An example:

They routinely call it Draconian more than anything else. Intrustive is also common. Being forced to "jump through hoops" is a common analogy.

If what you are saying is true, then we shall no longer be fretting about or labeling always online DRM as such in the future?

i'm sorry, but because you lucked out and weren't kicked or logged in at the exact right time so you didn't hit one of the plethora of errors, that means that everyone else just screwed up?

the game was taken down twice, once for 3 hours and once for 2 iirc, not to mention another 2 hours this morning.

so no mr. jobs, we're not logging in wrong.

you are only echoing yourself. that's all you've done in this thread.

and by the by, using "everyone else uses the word, so i should use it too" to justify your incessant posting of hot digital air isn't going to cut it.

a) come up with your own opinion, not just something that you consider to be the opinion of the mob.

b) post said opinion in an informed manner expanding your point with facts and information pertinent to your opinion.

c) earn the respect of your digital peers and lead a better and more informed life.

or you could just keep on digitally shouting regurgitated buzzwords that you don't understand because you think it will make people like you and make you feel smart.
