Wait, could this be why my computer BSOD's when I try to play BF3. It worked on all my other games, but as soon as i get into gameplay it crashes. Im going to run drive sweeper when I get home and reload the drivers and see if it fixes it.

EVGA! They always do right with there customers. This is one nice upgrade i must hand it to EVGA and some other manufactures should learn from this

Got to say I'm impressed with EVGA even though I no longer have a card from them. They didn't deny a problem existing and are basically giving a upgrade to make up for the troubles. I just hope if anyone has problems with cards outside of this confirmed bad batch they get fair treatment and aren't shafted because they're a "fluke". It was both amusing and sad to see on some other sites people talk bad about them when these people were either AMD/ATI users who had no contact with EVGA or people who just read a title and infer whatever they want from that. Hope things work out for both the users and the company in this case.

I once called EVGA customer service back when I had my 570s. I forgot what kind of problem I was having or what question I had, it was a little over a year ago back when I first got this build (I think it was something to do with overclocking back when I was new to it). So I was talking to the guy, asked my question, he gave me a 20 minute answer (going into detail about other things as well, was very thorough/helpful). Then, he actually asked me about other things I might need help with, and it branched off from talking about the graphics card to my computer in general, and he even answered a question I had about my motherboard (MSI motherboard)! I was on the phone with that dude for almost an hour. I hung up and thought about trying to get help out of some other companies around and started laughing biggrin.gif

evga should just start making every single PC component, as I would ditch all other companies and buy solely EVGA products, just sayin
