I once called EVGA customer service back when I had my 570s. I forgot what kind of problem I was having or what question I had, it was a little over a year ago back when I first got this build (I think it was something to do with overclocking back when I was new to it). So I was talking to the guy, asked my question, he gave me a 20 minute answer (going into detail about other things as well, was very thorough/helpful). Then, he actually asked me about other things I might need help with, and it branched off from talking about the graphics card to my computer in general, and he even answered a question I had about my motherboard (MSI motherboard)! I was on the phone with that dude for almost an hour. I hung up and thought about trying to get help out of some other companies around and started laughing
