Received my 670 SC Tuesday from Newegg for a build I'll be starting in 6 weeks. Read about the recall and after emailing Jacob at EVGA with my concerns and registering my SC last night I received a reply today saying the RMA was underway. THANK YOU Jacob and EVGA! Regardless of the naysayers and disparaging remarks from some you have a loyal customer for life in me. EVGA you rock!

I received my 670 on Fri and it was defective. Sort of sucks no upgrade with the RMA just because I didn't spend $20 extra even though it's coinciding . Especially since it took EVGA two days and a new PSU later to tell me it is a bad card. frown.gif

lol, evga does something like this and people praise the company for handling it the right way.

any other company does this and provides the recall service, and people would be flaming the company for not getting it right the first time and having a fail QC department.
