Mind sharing where you can get them for those prices? And even then, a 580 with a nice 3 fan cooler for $25 cheaper than one with a reference cooler is still a good deal.

Ncix are doing rebate on 570-580 for more than 1 month ( 5 week I believe now ) they were under 330$ even like asus dc II

Link? I can't find any 580s on Ncix for under $400, I did find the 570 for $260 AR though.
