You know, that would make sense except.... this isn't a bandwidth problem when other carriers are having no problems with load and having to go to "Tiered" systems.
This is just a fad being started by larger companies with geographic monopolies. AT&T started it and everyone else has been jumping on board. There is no necessity.

Yeah and that's exactly why "all you can eat" is no longer "all you can eat"... They're losing money... not because food is in shortage.
