Automatically getting alt tabbed.

Starting this morning ive been experiencing a weird problem. Ive been getting alt tabbed out of applications automatically. Things like Firefox, games, folders, etc. I am not quite sure how to stop it. Looked all over the internet and tried doing a search here on ocn but nothing that came up was relevant. Yesterday I finally installed my Xfire setup (had been waiting on a new network adapter since the slot my old one went it would be covered by the 2nd gpu. It is a TP LINK TL-WN722N. It is extremely annoying. Anyone dealt with this before or have any idea how to fix it?

PS I had click back into firefox 5 times while typing that short amount of stuff.
