Ive used his main email and this forum, and yes I've asked for some indication as to where this is going only response was you should hear something soon-tomorrow but nothing.as I said to him this is my first ever evga purchase ...not looking good.

I called eVGA on May 16th. You have to upload the invoice and put in a credit/debit card for collateral. Turn around time is pretty quick and since they're doing cross-shipping for this issue, I'd say it's not that bad.

Lucky you i emailed jacob on the 17th and still have no conformation...think i'll give up and get my money back.

Thought about it but i shouldnt have to, the amount of emails i sent and talking to the product manager...better him then just a random guy on a phone.Either way its not happening.

eVGA's IVR is actually pretty simple to navigate. Give them a call and they'll sort it out for you.

Also, typically call centers have a lot more stringent service level for calls than for emails. The typical policy that I've seen for email is to answer in two business days. Most call centers use 80% of calls answered in 20 seconds as a metric so I definitely recommend calling instead of emailing.
