switch the mobo to http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813138332 I had one..they're good.
switch PSU http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182202
switch CPU (had one..a little weak) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116399
ssd:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148529
no hdd
The mobo will stay, that one won't achieve what I need in HDMI out.

I saw that CPU on sale at micro center for $50, I'll have to research more.

That SSD is nice, but way too big for my purpose, I only need OS and a few programs on there, so 30-40GB will be enough.

From what i can see it seems great value for what you want it for, i would maybe consider this psu though for an extra $5.

It's loaded on features right? And only 5 dollar more expensive than what you linked to. And a sexy colourscheme wink.gif

Also Silverstone has cases in that pricerange that support full ATX. I am using a LC17 for my current build.

UBER BUMP!!!

I've rethought what I'd like do to about an htpc, and my push to possibly build on is that beIN sport will be on comcast, and I need my euro soccer.

So, with that I have a new build lineup, please let me know what you guys think about those pieces. No budget to get it right away, but if all falls into place, could be buying parts next month near the end.

MOBO
CPU
RAM
PSU
SSD
CASE
Ceton Card

and an extra

Keyboard

Planning on running Win 7 as OS still, and I need to find a nice IR receiver for my harmony remote.
