and yes you are. its the way the world works. theres no point in fighting it and realisticly its not even bad. if you cant get online to get into steam then do something else. its teh way things are going and thats that. It should be able to allow for you to start up in offline mode as long as you have loggin in once i agree. But as for being forced to run it through steam, it is what it is.

I've already "bent over" in regards to steam, but your reply highlights why we are losing rights errayday.

I give no shoots about achievements. They're a gimmick, but not a selling point to a platform(steam). I'd have consumer rights over achievements any day, but because I've got to "bend over" and take it like everyone else, that's not a concern.
