If you are running at higher resolutions, obviously get the 4GB cards. I mean tri monitor set-ups or 2560x1440. The bus bandwidth is smaller than AMD 384bit, but the benchmarked scores do prove increases over 2GB cards in larger resolutions. And most importantly it alleviates frame skips to to VRAM caps being hit. Again, only at high res with AA enabled.
