weird problem with posting

ok press the power button cpu light blinks once everything comes on cpu light blinks again and everything turns back off it doesnt do it all the time but just completely randomly and if you keep it up after like 2-10 times it starts up and runs fine and is completely stable any suggestions as to what the problem is?

also it will say sometimes "overclocking failed" even once when all the settings were at defaults

ground seems fine as do the power supply cables and the board is basically brand new ive had it about a month and a half its the asus m5a97 evo
