My boost clock bounces around in heaven as well. Actually I have a hard time making the card hit max boost in heaven, and staying there. I have seen mine hit a higher boost in BF3 than Heaven with the same offset.

Strange ... my boost clock stays stuck at where I set it (1337) no matter what in every game/test unless v-sync is on and the load is real low ... then I get huge downclocking (like 800MHz) ... which is fine, I like that feature. This is using AB to OC, power limit left at 100%, and not touching voltage (which on my card means 1.162V).

I said this on another thread too but I'm about 95% sure why some people are getting way higher power usage %'s than some others. It's because the dual 6-pin cards are calibrated to 225W TDP, whereas the GB cards are calibrated at 300W TDP due to having an 8-pin connector. This causes the same actual power draw to be represented as a higher power usage % on the 225W TDP cards.

This is also why the GB cards tap out at 111% power target instead of 128% on the 2x6pin cards. Which, in turn, means the GB's actually have a higher max wattage limit (300x111% = 333W vs 225W x 128% = 288W).

When i set 122% Power in Afterburner instead of 111%, i see performance drop in the Heaven results. It's around 1-1.5fps drop with all settings are untouched. Strange, isnt it?
