I'm currently running the ram @ 1.8v w/ a 120mm fan blowing directly over both sticks, and down onto the water block / NB heat-sink. Under load (IBT using 90+% ram) the heat spreader don't even get warm.
Safe to push 1.9 or possibly 2.0v though them?

What the voltage is before you fry the DIMMs is somewhat undefined as it's different based on the ICs used. Cooling/Temps. are not the only consideration as the DIMMs can still fry circuitry with reasonalbe temps. Any 1.5v rated DDR3 DIMMs should be safe ~ 1.7v 24/7. Above that is unknown as far as reliability. It's also worth noting that some RAM does not like high voltages as it can't flush the cell in a timely manner with high voltages and thus you get errors. So more voltage is not always better.

Depending on what your objective is for raising the voltage, it may be moot. If you're just playing to see how high you can OC the RAM, then that's cool. If you are looking for system performance, then there is little to be had above ~1333 MHz. as the link below discusses.

The modules are rated for 1.65v stock. The lowest I can set voltage (board limitation) is 1.6v. And your correct about benching and just achieving high overclocks. I don't plan on running 1.8v on an everyday basis, mostly just doing bench runs.

The modules right now are 1667 @ 6-8-6-20 1T w/ 1.75v. Do you think it would be better drop to 1400 ish with even tighter timings?

^^^ There's no accurate means to tell short of testing. We can all speculate. Different synthetic benches may even generate different test results.

Thanks ^

Will get to benching soon and see what I can find out.
