Call me when someone gets anywhere near the 8ghz level with more then one module on.
Will not be super impressed til then. CPU is absolutely gimped if only a quater of it is being used. This thing would literally bench slower then an FX 8120 at stock in multi-threaded apps.
And before everyone jumps all over me I know that usability isn't exactly the point of sub-zero benching I just don't see the point if you're not going to leave all the cores running.

He just hit the second fastest frequency of all time... And you're not impressed? And you came here to tell him his accomplishment isn't worth your time?
Bulldozer is useless in everything except going for maximum frequency. It's terrible for any sort of benchmarking beyond that.

First of all I don't know who he is. Second of all yes I don't really find it that impressive. 7ghz with all 8 cores running and it'd be more interesting to me.
I'm not sure what's so offensive about what I'm saying but clearly you are taking it that way.
