Don't even think about it mate , why don't you sell that GTX580 and get GTX670 SLI ?
You can grab MSI GTX670 for £299.60 but i would recommend getting Gigabyte Windforce x3 version for 339.20 , it's factory overclocked and cooling solution is great.
If you can't afford two 670's get a single GTX680 , you can get 680 from 419,62 (gigabyte)

i just bougth a second 580 and i could be happier.. it was barely used and only cost me 250$... i almost bougth a gtx 680 but i think i did the best for me rigth now.. 2 gtx 580s kickass for along time

Allright, i should be either ordering, 2 gigabyte windforce 670s or one 680 ftw 4gb. So final question. How woudl these preform triple monitor? Because thats what im getting these for

GTX670 is almost as powerful as 680 difference is very small , 670 SLI blows single 680 out of the water ................ just FYI
For triple monitor go with GTX670 SLI , you'll need all the horsepower you can get ,

I have my two 580s up for sale right now. Reason being SLI is not nearly as issue free as this forum says and the things spit out so much heat my computer room will literally jump to 85 degrees. With summer coming that is a complete no-go.

Going with the 7970 or 680. I already owned a 7970 though so will prob get 680 just to try something new.
