Thanks Art and Dex. I passed a few runs of ibt @ 4.8 using offset. Pretty neat approach. Will start exploring 4.9 and possibly 5.0 (for benchmarking). thumb.gif

Well, didn't fair well when i starting gaming. To add to this, i was using a very mild game (Cod WaW). Always get error 1033 frown.gif. Since there are no decent onboard audio z77 boards w/ two 16x slots, might just go back to x79 frown.gif. Can't understand why my old P67 WS board overclocked much easier and stable rolleyes.gif

After a little trial and error with my system It seems like if I use iRTS of 11.0.0.1032 dated 11/29/11 all works fine. But if I use iRTS 11.6.0.1032 dated 9/1/12... I can't use the Corsair FW updater, SM SSD optimize tool nor the SSD tweaker without problems... This is just my experience...

Is it me or is the killer inc card that is built in crap??? When I use it, I drop connection to the internet every hour and and every round in BF3 after half way through a round I get kicked from server saying you lost connection to the server. I switched it to the other connection which I believe is the intel one and no issues at all, I reconnected to the killer inc port then bam problems again went back to the intel port no problems *** is that??

It's worked amazingly for me. I get a ping that is noticeably lower than people in the same city as me, and we all run off the same Rogers infrastructure.

I don't have any of the glitchyness that some people report.

Sin0822 once mentioned that Killer NIC has some setting to be tuned with different ISPs; otherwise, you can experience what you experience. Can't remember what, so play around with NIC settings.

So I've concluded that you don't need a super high clock or an expensive platform and gpu (x79, hexa core) to run quad 690s as many think you do. After correcting a simple mistake (mea culpa) my gpu setup is maxed out w/ the cpu @ 4.7. Since I could easily hit 4.7 w/ just manual voltage I'm leaving it there. I also have really nice load temps (ibt) ~50c. Cpu frequency is maxed out when I'm gaming but usage is ~25% (Crysis 3). All four gpu cores are pegged at max so there's no bottleneck in sight biggrin.gif

Any Sniper.M3 users use the 10c BIOS yet? Says it improves LAN Compatibility... I know every now and then I have to unplug and reconnect my Ethernet cable for my rig on startups to recognize the connection every other time...

On a side note... does anyone know where in the BIOS that there would be an option to slow down BIOS post times or whatever? I know some boards don't turn on all USB devices to hasten the boot times or whatever, however, with my keyboard I can't get into the BIOS because it doesn't power it fast enough... I haven't for the life of me found the options for it either.
