Does it blue screen or any unusual beeps.

Did you happen to have any Nivida video card in previously?

Have you tried with one video card?

Are you usin the XMP profile?

Have you tried with 16 GB memory? ( assuming you have 8gb sticks)

Just some thoughts...

Build: Yes it is, finally got the board back from being RMAed #1 PCIEx16 slot was bad and I guess a chip on the board, and finished the painting. Really gave me greif starting out couldnt get video off cards at all just onboard graphics. Gigabyte gave me all the help they could but no go

Boot : Have no issues booting into windows, if i touch the bklk just the cards wont boot but keyboard n all will come up like normal which is odd

Safe: No never tried, If cards dont boot just a solid black screen and only if i change the Bklk

Blue: Only ones when doing the Overclock

Previous: No other cards been in system

One: Yes did most of the build using one loaded second when she was ready for use

XMP: Yes Profile 1 1866 manually typed in, Expert

16gb: Did most of the Build using one 8gb stick to minimize problems

Look like you've done everything ok. But I have a few more questions and one suggestion.

When you had only one card in did you ever try to change the block? Are you sure it's the video cards and not locked up?

Right now my only suggestion is to try the latest beta bios F8J, which you can get from gigabytes web site.

1 card: Yes and same result - and actually honestly couldnt tell you if locked up or not since no video the code on MB is A6 or A3 which is initalizing periphials or something like that.

I will try the F8J, just not real keen on beta versions.

Once I get the cover made to hide the cables I'll take a pic or two and post them.

I'm wondering if it going into a boot failure somehow (OC, memory etc..) and is stopping waiting for a user input to say choose to enter bios. But at the same time it's not recognizing the video cards. Thus giving you a blank screen. Also you have install the chipset drivers, ME and such right?

IDK but if it were me I would update bios to F8J ( I use it with no probs), Remove one vid card and 16GB memory.

With one card and 16GB memory installed uninstall you video drivers and reinstall, use driver sweeper or some similar software to help remove them completely. Reinstall the video drivers.

Then if you haven't load optimized defaults and set up your basic settings, drive order, memory, voltages and so on.

When back in windows run IBT at standard settings for 5 runs. Also monitor temps using real temp and say a program like CPUz for voltages. Let us know what happens.

This is probably a long shot, but is BIOS defaulting to the onboard graphics?

How I came up to finding the issue was after frustration of black screening, I set everything to factory defaults + optimized, and changed 1 setting at a time untill the culprit poped up. So at that time it black screened with nothing other than the BKLK being adjusted.

F8J; Yes i will try these, was just too tired after work today n just veged for the afternoon.

Drivers: Yes all were installed right from websites with the latest verions.

I will probobly just reformat and do it then. This computer has been rebooted and reset so many times and i prefer a clean install.

Thoughts on what might be causing the integrated graphics voltage offset to be locked/greyed out?

Donno if this has been posted yet....

But for those with these boards having issues with Bio Shock Inf stuttering / Freezeing disabling the Killer Lan fixes the issue.
