Really without an example of your settings and not not knowing what your doing as far as how they are set is just a crap shoot. I can tell you wot I use if you like using the F8h bios. But I can tell your no where close to my settings... Also wots your memory brand, speed and so on?

A highend cooler or an H80/Kuhler 920/h100.

Honestly, i would troubleshoot the cpu first to rule out a faulty cpu.
Originally I started out with a H100 and would say it done well. Some peeps claim problems with pump/fan noise but I never had a problem with it. I changed to more of a true water cooling setup but haven't noticed a great diffrence in temps from the H100.

ANd those screens don't really tell me anything about your bios settings. I for one would atleast ypdate bios to latest official version which is F7 methinks if not the beta bios F8h... You could if you like fill out this template for a better understanding of what you have going on.

Very easy to do it via your bios and a flash drive thumb.gif

I might have looked to quick through the previous posts between yours and mine, and someone might have already answered your question.
But here is my answer either way.

On Gigabytes website it does NOT mention decreased bandwidth on the 2-PCI-e X16 slots when one or both x1's are taken up. As you can see here:

Compliments to Gigabyte and Windows Snipping Tool

And compliments to Newegg for this picture:

^
l
l
And as you can see in that picture
The Bluetooth/WiFi card uses the X1 Slot.

So in conclusion as long as you put this WiFi card in one of the X1 slot's circled in red in this photo:

The Bandwidth for your X16 slots should be fine.

When you start putting cards in your X8 Slots as seen here:

it is then that your bandwidth on your x16's is cut.

For me it was easier to understand by looking at the back of the board instead of the front.
When talking about your question the expansion slots circled in orange have nothing to do with the ones circled in Green:

And the Second orange one down would most likely be the optimal x1 to put your WiFi card in, because of dual expansion slot graphics cards.

Im not trying to be mean.
I am just trying to be thorough enough just in case this helps you or anyone else out down the road.

A couple quick questions.
I am only guessing here that my 4.3Ghz clock is stable but I need to confirm this before easing my mind of it.

So I bumped the multiplier up to 43 and kept my Voltages and all other settings to auto. (I'm not sure if that is okay or not) Brings me to one of my questions: Will it harm anything if I keep my voltage settings at auto and just raise my multiplier to overclock?
I understand that it will probably not be a stable voltage therefore unstable temps, correct me if I'm wrong on that.

My second question is should I run a stress test or is 2 hours worth of maxed out CPU performance while rendering videos enough to say my system is stable @ 4.3gigs.

Auto on vcore can overshoot the voltage by a great value. I wouldn't run it on auto.
