Its really difficult to rate your temps but I have a feeling its a bit high. I know IB is a bit hotter then SB and your H60 doesn't compare to a full custom water loop, but its just that it still seems high to me.
Have you tried a new tim and the stock cooler like I suggested?
Some chips will need a bit of voltage for stability. 1.3v for 4.5 is actually pretty good. Some will take more less. In auto voltage, of my old p67, z68, and z77 boards, its usually ~1.2-1.325v depending on the cpu and mb.

i dont have the stock cooler one of the clips where cracked on it. i am going to try and pick up an aftermarket cheap one tonite and a new tim

Get a Hyper 212. See if MC can price match it and you might be able to get one for ~$20. If it don't help just return it and get your money back. I wouldn't bother with other budget coolers as they tend to use the same crappy plastic clips intel uses on their stock coolers.

Hello guys, sorry for bothering, after read some bad suff about Asus (i used to be loyal ASUS fan), i decided to give a try to this brand, gigabyte, mainly because a friend told me he never had issues with any of his Gigabytes motherboards, unlike his terribles experiences with ASUS, so i think here is the best place to ask for the reliability of this brand, Ok im not asking to much, just a good motherboard that not come DOA and last long with no complaints, i have to let you know that i live in Southamerica, RMA process back to USA (where im buying stuffs, amazon.com) are cruelty expensives mainly when the Brand company itself dont provide a good customer service, so that´s also a number in the equation, ease of RMA .

So focusing, in this model in particular, Sniper seems to be a great motherboard for me, what can you say about the reliability and numbers of issues of this model?

i think its a pretty reliable motherboard, do you buy from a friend who ships to you? or through a company that ships international? THe Sniper 3 is a great board.

The easiest way to do it is to unplug your dGPU from the board, plug your monitor into the iGPU and then install intel iGPU drivers and virtu MVP. Then shutdown and make sure iGPU is enabled in the BIOS. and then you can plug back into your dGPU.

Hey, i use company for international shipping, saddly i dont have any friend on USA who could help me to RMA that's why im concern too much about reliability.
